 Dear Tenants,A boat rental employee has tested positive for COVID-19. As a precaution, all of the marina employees are getting tested. As a result, we will be closing the marina until further notice. In the meantime, the bathrooms will be closed to be cleaned and sanitized. If you have come into the office anytime in the past week, we suggest that you get tested as well. We apologize for any inconvenience and we will keep you all updated!
