On behalf of the Bohicket Marina Village, (BMV), Board of Directors we welcome you to BMV’s new website. We hope you like the new format and find the site interesting and informative. 

Our goal, with this new site, is to provide a single stop shopping for Residents to easily locate documents such as:  Board and Property Management contacts, governing documents, Resident directory, Architecture Review process, etc.  We also wanted to create a place to capture BMV notices to Residents, announcements, and interesting things such as pages about our wild life, fun things to do around Charleston/Seabrook Island, tide charts, maps and pictures. 

As you will notice the website’s URL has changed from Bohicketmarinavillage.com to Bohicketmarinavillage.net, so please make sure you use .net going forward because the old .com site has been deactivated.  There will also be a few pages of our new site that are password protected, so you will need to utilize the password sent to you from Chris Mathewes from palmetto1st@bellsouth.netto view those specific pages.
